Thank you to all who supported The Coldest Night Dinner!

Our Collective Journey and Oxford House Foundation would like to thank everyone who came out to support The Coldest Night – it takes a city of warmth on December 9th at Knox United Church. So many meaningful conversations were had, delicious food was enjoyed, and donations of jackets, mitts and hats were distributed and very gratefully accepted.

Hundreds of Calgary’s most vulnerable were served. And one of the gentlemen who attended decided he was ready and started his recovery journey the very next day!

Special thanks to lead sponsor AGAT Foundation and sponsors Heartland Coatings Perfexion Skin Care, Chinook Glass and Screen Ltd., Calgary Flame Foundation, and Spiro Data for making this event possible.

A huge shout out to Women in Supply Chain Association, Evans Hunt, Glamorgan Bakery, GTF Outside, and many others for their donations of hats, mitts, coats and cookies.

A very special thank you to Danny Floyd Cole for providing the entertainment, to Simon House Recovery Centre, Alcove Recovery, and Calgary Alpha House Society who brought resource materials and chatted with dinner guests, and Angels in Action and numerous others who volunteered their time to serve dinner, distribute donations, chat with dinner guests and clean up.
